The Role

Day to day you will be the bridge between our tech and our clients, helping ecommerce sellers unlock their full potential with Storfund.

We’ll pass you warm leads and introductions, and you’ll take it from there – building strong relationships, uncovering opportunities, and helping eCommerce sellers reach their full potential.

You’ll guide new sellers through onboarding, ensure they understand our products inside-out, and stay close to them as they grow – spotting opportunities, solving issues, and keeping the relationship strong. You’ll be the one who knows their business, celebrates their wins, and spots where Storfund can make a real difference.

You’ll join a small, high-performing Customer Success team where collaboration, communication and care come first. You’ll work closely with Sales, Risk and Tech to make sure our customers get the smooth, fast, human experience we’re known for.

What You’ll Do

  • Track key success metrics and spot opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of ecommerce sellers – helping them get the most out of Storfund.
  • Deliver smooth onboarding and training experiences that build confidence and trust.
  • Respond quickly to questions and issues – keeping communication clear, warm and proactive.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer feedback drives meaningful change.
  • Help us build and refine the way we approach account management and success for our customers – improving processes, tools and touchpoints as we scale.
  • Follow KPIs that help you (and us) see how the business is performing — using them as a guide to stay focused and keep improving.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a client-facing role within a fast-paced business.
  • Track record of excelling in a target driven environment, excited working in a fast paced environment and enjoys being challenged
  • A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes pride in helping others succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, friendly, and always professional.
    Tech-curious, with experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) or customer support platforms.
  • Fluent English and another European language (Italian preferred, others a plus).
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys turning feedback into action.
